For defense equipment and dual-use items we verify the documentation in advance, together with the client's compliance department, in accordance with EU Regulation 2021/821 and national controlled-export legislation. We confirm the correct classification of the goods, the export licenses and the screening of the parties involved before setting any route details. We do not confirm any transport until the compliance framework is complete and the required documents are validated.

We treat every defense contract with contractual discretion and operational security procedures, where information about the cargo, route and schedule circulates strictly on a need-to-know basis. We limit access to the project team and the partners directly involved, and where requirements demand it we coordinate chain-of-custody control and anti-tampering procedures. This way, the identity and contents of the shipment stay protected throughout the project.

For fragile or precision aerospace components we coordinate specialized handling, adapted packaging and transport modes suited to the type of equipment, through vetted carrier partners.
