PROJECT CARGO FOR MANUFACTURING
Machinery and Production Line Transport for the Manufacturing Industry
We coordinate the transport and relocation of industrial presses, machine tools and complete production lines, with minimal impact on the client's operations.
How we operate in Manufacturing
The Transport Partner for Industrial Relocations and Manufacturers
Relocating a production line means more than transport: it involves dismantling, transport and reassembly, with production downtime kept to the minimum possible.
Through our network of vetted partners, we coordinate the entire industrial relocation process, from dismantling the presses and machine tools to transporting the components and reassembling them at the new location.

How we work
Why Choose Us for Manufacturing
Coordinated dismantling, transport and reassembly
We manage the entire relocation cycle, not just the road transport leg.
Minimizing production downtime
We plan every stage to keep the period in which the production line is out of service as short as possible.
Transport of heavy presses and machine tools
Together with our carrier partners, we configure the right equipment for high-tonnage industrial pieces.

What we transport
What We Transport for the Manufacturing Industry
From a single industrial press to a complete production line.
Industrial presses
Transport of hydraulic presses and heavy fabrication equipment, on the right transport equipment.
Machine tools
Transport of precision equipment, with careful packing and handling at every stage.
Complete production lines
Full relocation coordination, with dismantling, transport and reassembly at the new location.
Industrial robots
Transport of robotic arms and automated production cells, with specific securing.
Packaging lines
Transport of packaging and palletizing equipment, coordinated along the route.

The specific challenge
Relocating a Production Line, Step by Step
A successful industrial relocation starts with a technical inventory of every component: what gets dismantled, in what order and what requires special packing. We coordinate this stage together with the client's technical team, before moving any equipment.
At destination the process is reversed: components are delivered in the order needed for reassembly, so the production line can be brought back into service as quickly as possible.

Frequently asked questions
Manufacturing & Industrial: frequently asked questions
The cost depends on tonnage, dimensions, the number of components, the distance between locations and whether dismantling and reassembly services are included. As a freight forwarder, we compare the options across our network of vetted partners and send you a tailored project quote within 24 hours. Tell us which equipment needs to be moved and from where to where, and your dedicated project manager will build the complete estimate.
The relocation starts with a technical inventory of every component, done together with your team: what gets dismantled, in what order and what requires special packing. We then coordinate, through our partners, the dismantling, the transport and the reassembly at the new location, with a dedicated project manager from the first contact. At destination, components arrive in the order needed for reassembly, for a quick return to service.
For hydraulic presses, stamping machines and heavy machine tools, we configure the right equipment together with our carrier partners: low loaders, extendable platforms or oversized trailers, depending on weight and dimensions. We carry out the route survey and manage the permits for oversized or overweight shipments. Securing and handling are planned for each piece individually.
We coordinate the entire cycle, not just the road transport leg. Through our partner network we manage the dismantling of presses and machine tools, the disconnection of installations, the labeling of components for reassembly, the transport and the reassembly at the new location. That way you have a single point of contact for the whole project, from the first bolt removed to the equipment back in service.
Precision equipment and sensitive components are packed and secured specifically, adapted to each machine type, to avoid shocks and vibrations along the route. We document the condition of components before dismantling and, where needed, use careful handling solutions at every stage. All equipment is covered by extended CMR insurance.
We plan every stage in advance and deliver components in the order needed for reassembly, so the period in which the production line is out of service is as short as possible. Where feasible, the move takes place in segments or in time windows agreed with you, for minimal impact on operations. The project manager synchronizes the transport with the technical team's schedule at destination.
