PROJECT CARGO FOR AGRICULTURE
Combine Harvester and Farm Machinery Transport
We coordinate the transport of combine harvesters, tractors and heavy agricultural machinery, with delivery synchronized with the harvest or sowing season.
How we operate in agriculture
The transport partner for large farms and agricultural machinery dealers
Heavy agricultural machinery, from combine harvesters and high-horsepower tractors to irrigation equipment, often comes with a strict delivery window tied directly to the harvest or sowing season.
Through our network of vetted partners, we coordinate the transport of this machinery on domestic and international routes, paying close attention to seasonal deadlines and access on rural roads.

How we work
Why choose us for agriculture
Delivery synchronized with the farming season
We plan the transport so the machine arrives before the critical harvest or sowing window.
Access on rural roads
We check access to the farm well in advance, often on unpaved or narrow roads, and choose the right equipment.
Domestic and international transport
We coordinate deliveries within Romania as well as the import or export of agricultural machinery to and from other European countries.

Transport of high-capacity combine harvesters, domestic and international, on adapted trailers.
Tractors
Coordination for high-horsepower tractors and their attached implements.
Irrigation equipment
Transport of irrigation equipment and systems for large farms.

The specific challenge
Seasonality: the biggest challenge in agriculture
Unlike other industries, in agriculture a delay of just a few days can mean a lost harvest. We plan agricultural machinery transport with enough margin ahead of the critical harvest or sowing dates communicated by the client.
For machinery dealers delivering to several farms at once, we coordinate synchronized transport batches so that every end customer receives their machine on time.

Frequently asked questions
Agriculture: frequently asked questions
We handle the entire process: we obtain the oversized transport permits for every country along the route and carry out the route survey before departure. We check clearances, tonnage restrictions and sensitive points on the road well in advance, and where needed we also arrange escort vehicles. Your dedicated project manager coordinates all the paperwork, so you never have to deal with the bureaucracy.
The quote you receive within 24 hours is a project price covering the transport, oversized cargo permits, route survey and, where necessary, escort and CMR insurance. The price depends on the machine's dimensions and weight, the distance, the season and the access at the loading or unloading point. We tell you upfront exactly what is included, so no unexpected costs appear along the way.
We choose the equipment based on the machine's dimensions and weight, from low lowboy trailers and detachable-gooseneck trailers to extendable platforms for long components. For combine harvesters and high-horsepower tractors we typically use low-deck trailers, which reduce the overall height and make loading easier. We coordinate this equipment through our network of vetted partners in more than 30 countries.
In most cases, yes, because a combine with the header mounted exceeds the permitted road width. In practice the header is removed and transported separately, while the combine either stays within legal dimensions or moves as an oversized transport. Together with you, we establish from the start what gets dismantled and how the machine is reassembled at destination.
We recommend contacting us 2 to 3 weeks before the critical harvest or sowing window, to secure the availability of the right equipment and the permits. Demand for transport rises during peak season, so planning ahead protects your deadlines. For urgent situations, we quickly source solutions through our partner network so the machine arrives before the critical dates you communicate.
You do not need any infrastructure of your own: we use detachable-gooseneck or ramp-equipped trailers that self-propelled machines can drive straight onto, and for heavy components we arrange lifting equipment where needed. Before the transport we check access to the farm, including on unpaved or narrow rural roads, and identify the nearest safe loading point. We coordinate the delivery door-to-door, from the pickup point to the destination farm.
