Industrial Relocations — Factories, Production Lines and Stations

What an industrial relocation really involves

Specialised Handling, Not Standard Transport

An industrial relocation means far more than loading ordinary cargo. Machines have specific lifting points, uneven centres of gravity and, in many cases, dimensions that rule out standard loading. We take care of the handling and transport side: we assess the equipment, load it with the right lifting gear (cranes, transfer rollers, hydraulic jacks), transport it securely and unload it at the new location.

Dismantling the machinery and commissioning it at destination remain the responsibility of the client's or the equipment supplier's technical team — we simply align our loading and transport schedule precisely with their stages, so that delivery happens at exactly the right moment.

What we relocate

Factories, Production Lines, Halls and Stations

Each type of facility comes with its own technical challenges — from isolating the utilities to the sequence of dismantling and reassembly carried out by the client's team.

Complete Factory Relocation

Loading, secure transport and unloading for the machinery of an entire production unit.

Production Line Relocation

We transport the components of a technological line, already prepared by the client's team.

Industrial Hall Relocation

Loading and transport for the machinery in a production or assembly hall, machine by machine.

Logistics Warehouse Relocation

We transport racking, handling equipment and stock from warehouses and technical spaces.

Electrical Substation Relocation

We transport transformers and electrical equipment, made ready for transport by the client's technical team.

Pumping Station Relocation

Loading and transport for industrial pumps, presses and process equipment.

Heavy Industrial Machinery

Machine tools, hydraulic presses, generators — loaded and transported with dedicated lifting equipment.

Sensitive Equipment

Laboratory instruments or precision equipment, transported with dedicated packaging and securing.

How we work

The Complete Process of an Industrial Relocation

1

Technical Assessment

We analyse the dimensions, weight and lifting points of the equipment.

2

Logistics Planning

We determine the right vehicle and handling equipment for each piece.

3

Loading

We lift and secure the equipment using cranes, rollers or hydraulic jacks.

4

Transport & Unloading

Secure transport and unloading at the new location, coordinated with the client's technical team.

Industrial handling equipment

The Technology Behind a Risk-Free Relocation

For loading, transfer and unloading we use specialised industrial handling equipment, not just transport vehicles.

Industrial Cranes

For lifting and positioning heavy machinery.

Hydraulic Jacks

Precision lifting for process equipment.

Transfer Rollers

Controlled movement of heavy machinery over short distances.

Air Cushions

Smooth, friction-free movement for sensitive machinery.

Gantry Crane & Hydraulic Portal

For lifts inside halls, without a mobile crane.

Electric Roller Platforms

Motorised movement for heavy loads on flat surfaces.

Electric Truck / Forklift

Fast handling for medium-sized components.

Low Trailers for Internal Transport

Movement between halls or across industrial yards.

Why Crystal Logistics

Safe Handling, Coordinated with Your Technical Team

01

Fast and Safe Handling

We use the right lifting equipment for each type of machine, minimising the risk of damage during loading and unloading.

02

Coordination with Your Technical Team

We synchronise our loading and transport schedule with the team handling dismantling and reassembly, so that delivery arrives at exactly the right moment.

03

Insurance Throughout the Transport

The machinery is covered by insurance from the moment of loading until unloading at destination.

We handle the material handling and transport side: we assess the equipment, load it with specialised lifting gear (cranes, transfer rollers, hydraulic jacks), transport it securely and unload it at the new location. Dismantling the machinery and commissioning it remain the responsibility of the client's or the equipment supplier's technical team.

No. Our service covers the loading, transport and unloading of the machinery. Dismantling and reassembly at destination, including connection to utilities and commissioning, remain the responsibility of the client's specialised technical teams — however, we can coordinate the delivery schedule directly with them, so that everything takes place at the right moment.

Loading, the journey and unloading usually take between 1 and 5 days, depending on distance, the number of machines and the complexity of the handling. The total duration of the relocation project — which also includes the dismantling and reassembly carried out by the client's technical team — may be longer.

Yes — we transport transformers, transformer stations, pumping stations and process equipment, already prepared for transport by the client's technical team.

Each machine is assessed before loading to determine the lifting points and the appropriate equipment — crane, transfer rollers or hydraulic jacks — so that handling is carried out safely, without damaging the components.

We serve automotive, food industry, textile industry, chemical and pharmaceutical, metallurgy and steel, energy, construction and cement, as well as general manufacturing.

Together with the technical team (of the client or the equipment supplier) we set the dismantling and reassembly schedule, then align our loading and transport stage to that schedule — so that the machinery reaches the destination exactly when the technical team is ready to take it over.

Yes — we assess together the dimensions, weight and lifting points of each machine, in order to choose the right handling equipment and transport vehicle.
