The cold chain is critical. Here is how we guarantee correct temperature throughout delivery.
Our reefer equipment maintains temperatures between -25°C and +25°C, with ±0.5°C accuracy. Common standards: frozen food -18°C to -25°C, refrigerated products +2°C to +8°C, pharmaceuticals +15°C to +25°C, flowers and plants +2°C to +15°C. We configure temperature according to cargo specifications.
Main categories: frozen food (meat, fish, ice cream, vegetables), refrigerated (dairy, cheese, fruit, fresh vegetables), pharmaceuticals and vaccines, temperature-sensitive cosmetics, cut flowers and plants, biological samples and blood, temperature-controlled chemicals.
All refrigerated vehicles have IoT sensors continuously recording temperature (every 5-10 min), with automatic alerts for deviations. Data is transmitted in real time to a dashboard accessible to the client. At the end we provide a complete temperature report (data logger) for audit and compliance.
The cold chain is uninterrupted temperature maintenance from producer to consumer. We ensure continuity through: pre-cooling the vehicle before loading, fast transfer at refrigerated docks, continuous monitoring, optimized routes to minimize stops and backup vehicles in case of breakdown.
We operate according to standards: ATP (Agreement on Transport of Perishable Goods), HACCP for food, GDP (Good Distribution Practice) for pharmaceuticals, IFS Logistics. Vehicles have ATP FRC certifications (Frigorifique Renforcé Classe C). Personnel are trained and audited periodically.
The system triggers alerts to dispatch and client within minutes. Procedure: remote diagnosis, redirection to the nearest backup vehicle or refrigerated warehouse, fast cargo transshipment. All incidents are documented and covered by specific cargo insurance.
